Our primary focus has always been how to be beyond a “training program” to create sustainable change. While we recognize that training will always be a key element of any strategic diversity initiative, training by itself is insufficient to create meaningful and lasting change.
As a result of our experience over the last three decades, we have developed a 5-Phase Process that has demonstrated time and again that each phase is critical in order to create real change and bottom-line results. Meanwhile, as organizations dedicate significant budget dollars to just one of these phases, “Training and Education,” we have continued to develop more innovative and cost effective solutions for providing training, which enable our clients to have the financial resources necessary to invest in more effective, long-term solutions.
