University of Cincinnati is holding their 3rd Annual Diversity Recruitment Training Institute on August 4, 2009 at the Duke Energy Convention Center. This year's program includes local and national speakers who are recruiters, human resources managers, university professors/administrators, and a CEO who discusses the inherent challenge of diversity, the paradox of diversity and specific barriers that contribute to unwanted turnover.
