Patricia Pope Tapped as Advisory Board Member

RALEIGH, N.C. – Monica Smiley, publisher and CEO of Enterprising Women magazine (www.enterprisingwomen.com), has named Patricia Pope, Michelle D’Souza and Donna Vandiver as Enterprising Women National Advisory Board members. 

Pope is the owner of Pope & Associates, Inc., a full-service diversity training and consulting firm offering a positive and proven approach for managing and leveraging the diversity of the global workforce.  She was a finalist in the 2008 Enterprising Women of the Year Awards.  D’Souza owns Unified Business Technologies, Inc., a staffing company specializing in information technology job placement.  Vandiver owns The Vandiver Group, Inc., one of the largest independently owned public relations firms based in St. Louis, providing complete public relations, research, training and graphic design services.  Both D’Souza and Vandiver were recipients of the 2008 Enterprising Women of the Year Award.

Members of the Enterprising Women National Advisory Board provide advice to the publication’s staff to tailor the publication to meet the needs of entrepreneurial women.
